1) Do your covers come with a warranty?

Yes - we have some of the best outdoor furniture and vehicle cover warranties in the industry!

2) What colors of outdoor covers are available?

Currently, Black and Camouflage.  NOTE: Color options are presented by material collection and are not available in all product categories. Please contact us with any questions you may have.

3) How do your outdoor furniture covers differ from others?

WeatherPRO covers are high in quality, low in cost and offer flexible indoor/outdoor protection, setting them apart from other comparable covers of this market segment. Our covers are designed with water-proof, commercial 12-gauge Vinyl as opposed to the standard 8-10 gauge, and are lined with Polyester instead of fleece, due to its natural breathability and deterrent to rodents.  

4) Do you make custom patio furniture covers?

We do not offer custom color/size covers at this time.  

5) How can I place an order?

The shopping cart on our website is a fast, easy and secure way to place an order. You are also welcome to place an order with one of our live cover experts by calling toll free 1-813-555-5555.

6) Is your website secure?

Yes - WeatherPRO uses SSL: the industry standard for creating a secure, encrypted link between a web server as a means to protect online transactions and sensitive information like credit card numbers. There are 2 ways you can tell that our website is secured. Once you begin the check-out process, (1) you'll see an "https://" prefix in the URL of the address bar, and (2) you'll see a key or padlock icon in the browser status bar indicating that our website is secure.  

7) What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards, as well as PayPal.

8) Can I purchase a cover using my credit card and have it shipped to another address?

Yes - we ship to locations that are different than the ‘Bill To’ address. This is especially helpful when shipping gifts!

9) Will I be charged sales tax?

You will only be charged sales tax if you are resident of Florida. WeatherPRO is located in Florida and is required by law to charge sales tax to same-state residents.

10) When will I receive my order?

All orders are generally processed within 2 hours of being placed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Please review shipping information and time charts for the courier service handling shipment of your package, noted on the shipment confirmation email.

11) Is a signature required for deliveries?

To ensure you receive the best rate and delivery time possible, The Cover Store chooses from several courier services to handle the shipment of your package. The courier service handling delivery of your package can be found on the shipment confirmation email.Shipping requirements, including delivery signature and package drop-off, are based on the courier’s standards and discretion.  

12) What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived yet?

When your order leaves our facility, a shipment confirmation and tracking number will be emailed to you. To determine ETA, please check our Track My Order page, or you can visit UPS Tracking or USPS Tracking to track your order using the tracking number provided in the shipment confirmation email. If you have any questions at all, please feel free to call our toll free number at 1-866-889-8896.

13) Can I return a cover I don’t like or that doesn’t fit?

Yes - you can absolutely return it! WeatherPRO offers a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy for a full product refund. Our simple Return Form will guide you through the entire return process.

14) Do I pay the shipping charges if I decide to return the cover?

Yes - please review our Shipping Policies for further details.

15) How do I change or cancel my order?

Once your order has been processed in our system, it cannot be cancelled or changed. This generally occurs within two hours of placing your order. To cancel or change, contact us IMMEDIATELY by completing the contact form. If you have any questions, please call 1- Sun - Fri, 8:30am - 5:30pm CST. NOTE: We cannot guarantee your request will be accepted. Once our warehouse has processed your order, it cannot be cancelled or modified.  

16) How do I clean my cover?

For light cleaning, use a garden hose to wash cover. For thorough cleaning, use a sponge or bristle brush, a mild soap and warm water. Allow cover to dry completely before folding and/or storing in a dry area. Do not wash in the washing machine.
